Welcome to Central 1

Central 1 is a condominium development on Bank St. between Gladstone Ave. and McLeod St. Developed by Urban Capital Property Group, it was completed in 2012 by Doran Construction.

Central 1’s design emphasis starts with the sophisticated way in which the former Metropolitan Bible Church was treated, wrapping it in a light brick and glass envelope that respects its solid historic frontage, without slavishly replicating it. Sophisticated, high-concept design also infuses the interiors- from open, light-filled spaces, to the use of interesting, forward thinking materials, to loft inspired features and flow.
